Dennis Papp serves as the Lead Pastor of SouthField.  If you ask Dennis what leading is all about, he'll tell you it's pretty simple--you need to be courageous...willing to do the tough thing; you need to have tenacity...willing to be decisive and see what you start through to completion and you need to be dumb enough to try!  During his tenure as our pastor we've been on an adventuresome journey, with many more exciting challenges ahead!

Justin Laib joined our staff in the summer of 2010 as the Pastor of Student Ministries and Teaching Pastor. He is a gifted communicator, but in public presentation and personal conversation. Kids and adults are challenged to grow through his ministry. In June he and his wife, Courtney, became parents for the first time to a little boy, Cooper. 

Steve Osborne serves as Pastor of Worship Arts.  Steve has a great track record of raising up artists who lead others in worship.  He is the kind of person who believes God is in the details, and he takes the time and care to see that the details are thought through and worked out.  Steve is known by his friends as someone who owns what he does.  He puts his arms around a task and gives it his all.  We look forward to growing as worshipers under his leadership.

Kim Papp serves as SouthField's Director of Volunteers.  Kim is a creative leader and a tireless worker.  Her greatest gift is bringing out the best in others.  She is an equipper in the truest sense of the word, helping a person to identify their true strengths, investing time and tools to help that person succeed and challenging them beyond their wildest imagination.  Anyone who works with Kim knows she loves to motivate people through praise.  Nothing makes her as happy as seeing someone else excel!
